Cooking
Clean the potato skin and grate it on a fine grater. Squeeze the potato mixture.
To mass add a little flour to bind the dough. Salt.
Sculpt from potato pulp into small balls, lay them on a plate (cutting Board) with a small layer of flour.
Time to put down our zubrycki into the fryer. If you have no deep fryer, then zubrycki you can fry on the stove in a deep pan with plenty of vegetable oil. In hot oil put them for 1-2 minutes until Golden brown. Fry very carefully, since the oil likes to "shoot"!!!
After frying put them on a plate with a napkin (the napkin will absorb the excess oil).
Going to do garlic butter sauce. For this clean 5-7 teeth of garlic and cut them in half. In a metal bowl put it on the stove with garlic, fill it with milk and cook for ten minutes. When the sauce is cooked, crush the garlic with a blender. If you want a thicker sauce, add 1 tbsp flour.
Tomato cut into thin rings and spread in a circle on a plate. The rings of the tomato spread in the form of a pyramid zubrycki, top to refresh the picture with a sprig of parsley. And the edges of the dish is the sauce.
