Chocolate cake without flour
No flour, no oil and in my version, even without sugar! Low-calorie dessert that can afford it, even those who are on a diet! Here is the original recipe, but in the process description of the recipe and share their comments and changes.

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Dark chocolate

    250 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Egg white

    5 piece

  • Yolk egg

    4 piece

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

Here are the products that are useful to us. Just say that to reduce caloric I've changed a bit the ingredients: put in lots of cottage cheese (400 g) and less chocolate (200 g), and sugar was excluded altogether.

Chocolate to break into pieces, place them in a bowl and melt in a water bath or in a microwave oven. I chose the last option, every 30 seconds, got out of the microwave and stirring.

Separate the whites from the yolks, beat the yolks with the sugar white.

Beat egg whites with a pinch of salt and lemon juice until stable peaks.

Gently stir beaten egg whites into the dough pieces, stirring from the bottom up.

Refractory form of grease with vegetable oil and sprinkle with semolina or flour (you can also lay a baking paper) and pour it into the pastry.

Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes at 175 C. allow to Cool in oven with door ajar, then in the fridge.
