Biscuits with figs and cranberry sauce D arbo
Very easy to prepare biscuits, but it is so gorgeous that easily decorate any holiday table!

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Powdered sugar

  • Figs

    250 g

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Sauce

    2 Tbsp

Knead the dough. Take the cheese, dobavlen flour and samarium dough. Flour may need a little more, it all depends on the cheese.

Prepare the filling. Figs well and cut off tough stems. Figs, honey, cinnamon and cranberry sauce are sent to the blender. Grind to a paste. The stuffing is ready! PS If you got very dry figs, add a little water to help your blender.:)

Roll out dough (Roll out should be VERY THIN!). The dough is soft and elastic, roll it is not difficult, just need a table and a rolling pin dusted with flour. On the dough spread the filling, not reaching the edges of 0.5 cm and Wrap it into a roll, wrap the roll in foil and put into the freezer for 15-20 (at least) minutes. Get the loaf out of the freezer and cut into slices 1 cm thick Spread on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 20-25 minutes until light Golden brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and served to the table.
