Roast recipes are a great many, of course. But I found on the Internet like this. which seemed, if not ideal, it is very, very interesting. First, there's nothing fried, and while the meat is soft and all the roast so structured, that is... all the pieces separately, very tasty and beautiful. And faster without frying, which is also important. Second, this roast is minimalist - no Mayo, no tomato, no sour cream, very light, don't notice how you eat. This can and later to dinner. Thirdly, very tasty potatoes, avalanna in the herb mixture and paprika... well, you can talk for a long time, but better to try.
