The sandwich toppings of red beans and saury in oil. Nutritious and hearty sauce, perfect for cooking delicious sandwiches or stuffing eggs. I invite you to try it!

Ingredients

  • Beans

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Canned fish

    1 can

  • Greens

  • Allspice

  • Salt

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Curry

    0.5 tsp

Cooking time excluding the time spent on cooking beans! Soak the beans for at least 6 hours. Cook until done, even desirable, to seethe a little.

Boil eggs, cool, peel.

Grind beans in blender

or with a fork.

To bean weight add finely chopped greens, minced garlic, pepper and curry.

Add grated on a fine grater boiled eggs. (One egg I leave for decoration).

The total weight put saury, together with the oil. Fish mash with a fork and stir all the ingredients until smooth. Try, if necessary, salt.

Spread the sauce in a gravy boat or

immediately spread on sandwiches. Remaining egg grate on a small grater, separate the yolk and the white. And decorate sandwiches. Bon appetit!
