Salad with meat and liver
Simple salad for dinner or unexpected guests, preparing for a few minutes, if the meat and liver to boil in advance. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    130 g

  • Beef liver

    150 g

  • Onion

    40 g

  • Carrots

    50 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Seasoning

    2 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    1 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Pork and liver cut into thin strips.

Carrots and onions cut in half rings lightly fry.

For dressing mix all ingredients.

To the chopped meat and liver add roasted carrots, onion, dressing, salt and pepper to taste, mix well. Before serving the salad to cool in the refrigerator. Bon appetit!
