Cream to shake up with sugar. Add gelatin solution (prepare it in advance - 10 g gelatin + 150 g water). Half of gelatin pour in the cream and again vzbit. The cream will turn a lush and beautiful look.
To prepare the strawberries and pour into it the second half of the gelatin. Beat. Strawberries from gelatin get thick and frothy.
Cake of the three wafers. Two spread whipped strawberry, and the third cream.
For the cream put the fruits. I have a persimmon and a banana (initially, of course, need to fill color polka dots).
Protein sprinkle with colored polka dots.
Chocolate polka dot.
