Green sauce
Very tasty, spring, green sauce made this week. Bright, with a unique aroma and fresh taste. The green sauce is perfect for salads, pasta, boiled or baked potatoes, bruschetta, soups, meat, fish etc. Green sauce is stored in the refrigerator for two weeks.

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

    5 Tbsp

  • Green onions

    100 g

  • Basil

    50 g

  • Cilantro

    50 g

  • Parsley

    50 g

  • Dill

    50 g

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Sunflower oil

    300 ml

  • Salt

Wash and carefully dry on a paper towel to the greens. Previously all the greens, chop and put in blender. green onions, Basil, cilantro, parsley, dill, garlic. All grind. Add 5 tbsp. of soy sauce and sunflower oil, salt to taste. Mix well until smooth.

The green sauce is ready. To put the sauce in a jar, cover tightly and refrigerate.
