Introduced me to Nadia (GadenKa) cakes with mustard. Bake now and enjoy the result.

Sugar
0.25 cup

Honey
4 Tbsp

Mustard
1 tsp

Soda slaked vinegar
1 tsp

Walnuts
130 g

Instant coffee
1 Tbsp

Butter
200 g
Cooking
Beat the egg with sugar, add softened butter, still whisking. Add flour, soda, slaked vinegar. Again, to beat. There to put nuts, coffee, mustard, honey and whisk. Smells already good.
Spread a teaspoon on parchment and send in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
In two rounds baked a mountain. Turned out very tender!
