Roulade with sausage and mushrooms
What was in the fridge, and ended up in a roll. Delicious and easy!

Ingredients

  • Pita

    2 piece

  • Sausage

    400 g

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Mayonnaise

  • Sunflower oil

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Dill

Unfortunately, I didn't do step by step photos, was in a hurry. Cooked sausage cut into cubes and fry in the end (for 3-5 min. until tender), add the tomato, diced. Mushrooms and onion cut into cubes and also fry.

Take a piece of pita bread and put the sausage. Then cover with a second sheet, grease it with mayonnaise and lay out mushrooms. Turn roll (carefully), put into the form, the top roll smeared with mayonnaise.

Bake in preheated oven to 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes until Golden brown. Ready roll cut into slices and eat. I also make a sort of sauce: garlic and dill puree them, add mayonnaise and you're done. Bon appetit!!!
