Citric acid

Butter

Condensed milk
0.5 can

2.5 cup

Cocoa powder
Cooking
knead the dough from all products, except cocoa. The batter should be like thick cream. Divide it into two parts
In one part add cocoa.
Stir until a homogeneous mass
Corgi bake in a hot oven. Cool. For the cream beat sour cream with sugar and a pinch of citric acid. The cream needs to be whipped, pre-chilled. For sweet whip cream with sugar, add butter and cocoa and stir until smooth.
Lubricate the cakes with sour cream and pour on top of Fudge. Optional garnish with fruit, nuts.
Leave overnight in a cool place
