Description
Airy berry cookies - what could be better! The combination of cherry/chocolate is a classic, but I wanted something different. I tried to do a combination of plum/chocolate taste, very pleased. The recipe is simple, but the result is very pleasing. And the addition of cane sugar Mistral give your liver a fragrance, allowing the sink to open up 100%.

Cooking
Prepare product and begin cooking.
Mix the flour with the baking powder, salt and 100g sugar. Add chopped butter and stir until the state crumbs.
Plum cut into cubes, pour lemon juice and sprinkle with 25 g sugar. Allow to stand for 10 min.
To flour mixture add 50 grams of chopped chocolate.
Connects flour mixture with plums. Mix thoroughly. The dough will be slightly sticky. (the juice from the plums do not drain, add to flour mixture along with the juice)
Divide the dough into 12 parts. Form our biscuits. I had another form hearts, so that we had 9 cookies and hearts. Lubricate the cookies with cream and sprinkle with a little sugar.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25-30 minutes until Golden brown. Allow to cool and cover with melted chocolate (50 gr chocolate + 2 tbsp milk).
