Rice casserole with salmon cream
From salmon ROE to prepare a variety of dishes. For example, a casserole based on a mixture of white aromatic rice and quinoa and basmati rice. Despite the high calorie, the food is very tasty and useful.

For this dish I used a mixture of white rice Mistral fragrant and quinoa and basmati rice Quinoa mix. Rump pour water and cook until soft (about 7 minutes after boiling). If the water is completely absorbed during this time, then drain. Rice/quinoa to cool slightly.

Milk before cooking should be thawed and rinsed. Cut into pieces of 3x3 cm (or less). In skillet, heat vegetable oil, to shift the ROE, sprinkle with spice mixture for fish dishes and quickly fry on high heat just 5-7 minutes. As the powder already contains salt, I'm not additionally salted.

Cheese (100 g) RUB on a coarse grater, add to grits and mix well.

Cheese-rice mass divided equally. One part to lay out an even layer in an ovenproof baking dish. The size of my form: 265х170х55мм.

On the first layer evenly spread the slices of milt.

Then spread remaining half of cheese-rice mass. Cream pour over the casserole.

Sprinkle the remaining grated cheese with the addition of chopped dill.

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees until Browning, about 20 minutes. Give the casserole to cool slightly and cut into portions.
