    я когда сухой чеснок делаю, то нагреваю духовку, выключаю и оставляю там, потом вынимаю и оставляю сушиться самостоятельно и все потом перемалываю. долго конечно, но все получается

    у меня в духовке после 20 минут он подпалился, хотя на самый вверх поставила на такую же решетку на ножках
