Cooking
In a separate bowl, mix the sugar and vanilla.
In a saucepan with a thick bottom to combine cocoa powder and water. Put on medium heat. While stirring, bring the weight up to homogeneity.
Gradually pour sugar mixture. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. On a slow fire boil for 5 minutes, stirring all the time so that the sauce is not burnt. Remove from heat and allow to cool completely.
Chilled sauce pour into any dish. Serve with pancakes, ice cream, pudding, or soft bun. Bon appetit!
