Cooking
Softened butter to mix with sugar. Flour mixed with baking powder and add to butter mashed with sugar. All ingredients stir with your hands - should get flour chips is the batter.
Cheese mash with a fork, add sour cream and egg yolks. Beat the whites with the sugar until increase in volume by ~3 times. Mix beaten egg whites with cottage cheese.
In a baking dish or on a baking sheet, pour 2/3 of the dough. On top put the cheese-whites and sprinkle the remaining cheese batter. Bake pie in a preheated 180-200 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
