Description
Chocolate chip cookies with stretching the middle of the marshmallow marshmallow are ideal for tea with family or friends. The sugar crust on top makes the cookies tasty and crunchy.

Cooking
The required ingredients.
I have large marshmallows, so we cut them in half and put in the freezer for about an hour.
Mix flour, salt, cocoa powder and baking powder and sift.
The recipe I use brown sugar universal TM "Mistral".
And add the Demerara cane sugar TM "Mistral".
Add the vegetable oil and mix with a mixer.
Add one egg, beat with a mixer for about five minutes.
Melt in a water bath chocolate.
In whipped mass add all at once to dry ingredients.
Knead the dough, add melted chocolate, stir.
Take a small amount of dough (about 25 -30 g), roll the ball, make the cake, in the middle put marshmallows, semipaved and rolls the ball. The dough is a bit sticky, so periodically wetted by water hands.
Received the ball crumble in brown sugar.
The cookies lay on a nonstick Mat or parchment, put in oven heated to 200 degrees. The baking time 5 minutes.
