Cooking
Onion peeled, cut into half rings or strips, fry over medium heat until transparent. Carrots to RUB on a large grater, to fry over medium heat, stirring occasionally. It should not be heavily fried.
Prepared chicken fillet cut into strips.
Pickled cucumbers also cut into strips. I use pickled cucumbers TM "6 acres" "crunchy Cucumbers".

Mix the ingredients, add black pepper.
Season the salad. You can use mayonnaise or thick yogurt or sour cream to Your taste. I made a small amount of mayonnaise.
Armenian lavash cut into thin strips, and quickly fry in a pan, dry or with a drop of vegetable oil. Constantly stir so that the pita bread was dried evenly.
Before serving, sprinkle the salad with strips of pita.
