Cooking
To prepare the meatballs, take the meat, I mixed. Add the breadcrumbs, I'm doing myself out of a baguette. Put the egg, ground coriander, chopped garlic, chopped green onion, sesame oil and ground black pepper. Pour soy sauce "Kikkoman" and mix everything thoroughly.
From stuffing make meatballs the size of a walnut. The form for convenience, covered with foil, grease with butter, put the meatballs. Put in heated to 200 degrees oven and bake 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, make the sauce. Take soy sauce "Kikkoman", add dry ginger root, rice vinegar, sesame oil, press out the garlic, mix everything.
Get ready the meatballs, pour the sauce and put another 5 minutes in the oven.
On a serving dish put the lettuce, put on top of the meatballs, for convenience, you can stick toothpicks or skewers. Sprinkle meatballs with sesame seeds and green onions melkorublenym. Served as snacks or hot meals! Bon appetit!
