Cooking
So, collect the products.
Prepared (soaked) peas pour a small amount of water and put on to cook for 30 minutes.
Carrots grate and fry in 1 tablespoon oil until tender. Next, fry the minced meat until cooked.
Grease the pan with olive oil. During this time our peas is cooked, cool it. Then whisk in a blender with the addition of cheese and eggs, salt to taste.
On a baking sheet spread a layer of the resulting puree.
For stuffing put the carrots.
Pour pea puree. Top lubricated cream. Then put in oven for 30 minutes.
