Pea casserole with meat
Pea casserole I cooked as cooking potato. And I must say, now I will cook and such. It's delicious. Love to share the recipe.

Ingredients

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Cilantro

    1 coup

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Dutch cheese

    100 g

  • Minced meat

    300 g

  • Peas

    350 g

  • Cream

    30 ml

So, collect the products.

Prepared (soaked) peas pour a small amount of water and put on to cook for 30 minutes.

Carrots grate and fry in 1 tablespoon oil until tender. Next, fry the minced meat until cooked.

Grease the pan with olive oil. During this time our peas is cooked, cool it. Then whisk in a blender with the addition of cheese and eggs, salt to taste.
