Meat casserole Georgian
Versions of this casserole exist about a thousand! Its filled with all that is at hand: eggs, greens, cheese, potatoes, tomatoes. It is a variant stuffed with eggs and greens.

Ingredients

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Butter

    5 Tbsp

  • Minced meat

    1 kg

  • Greens

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Immediately say - I was a 1/2 portion and that was not enough, so a portion will be huge! So, finely chop the onion and fry in butter. Add the garlic and fry a little more.

Mix the minced meat with onions and garlic, season with salt and pepper. Pour 1/3 Cup of water and knead thoroughly.

Divide the stuffing into 2 parts. One half spread evenly in greased with butter a baking dish with high sides.

Boiled eggs finely chop and mix with half the herbs. Place them on top of meat.

On top lay the second piece of meat.

Raw eggs vzbit with the remaining herbs, and pour this mixture on the meat.

Bake at 170 C for about 1 hour. You can serve it hot or cold. I liked the hot aroma of herbs and garlic was stronger.
