Casserole Smorodinka
I offer a casserole a "Blueberry". The presence in the dish of this fruit makes the casserole very tasty and healthy. Now, during colds, flu, treat yourself to vitamin casserole.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Milk

    30 ml

  • Semolina

    3 Tbsp

  • Black currants

    0.5 cup

  • Vanilla

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Cheese

    0.5 kg

The cheese MUST be mince with sugar. (I wish I had it broke).

Whisk eggs with milk and add to the cream cheese. Then add the semolina, a pinch of salt and vanilla.

Separate the currants from the sprigs and add to the mixture.

Mix well. Lubricate the form of vegetable oil and pritrusit tempting. Put the prepared weight. Bake for 40-50 min.
