Description
I recently became a happy owner of the book A. Seleznev "low Calorie desserts". Particularly relevant these recipes now summer! I offer you the first recipe I cooked from this book. Light as a cloud, airy, delicate soufflé. However in the original recipe it was blueberry, but in the season of fresh ripe honeysuckle I decided to share this recipe with her. In 100 g dessert contains only 121 calories! Who cares - go!

Cooking
Again, the original recipe used blueberries. I cooked with blueberries, and honeysuckle. I think you can use almost any type of Your favorite berry. You can also use frozen berries. This time I cooked half of normal. Berries to sort, wash and cook them puree (frozen berries, defrosted, excess liquid drained, blend).
Boil with the icing sugar and pass through a sieve. If the berries are juicy, they should be slightly boiled down to evaporate the liquid. But if dry, you need to add some liquid. I cooked in the microwave 6 minutes at maximum power, stopping, stirring occasionally.
Beat egg whites with a pinch of salt until thick foam. Chilled berry puree to connect with beaten egg whites. I post portions, continuing to work with a mixer (do not settle and not diluted). If desired, add brandy (I add). Ready Massa put in a greased container (or one form) for baking and bake in a heated to 180 degrees oven for 20 minutes. During baking the oven do not open!
Ready souffle sprinkle with powdered sugar and decorate with berries. Serve hot!
