Cooking
The meat should be finely chopped. The meat for this dish you need to cut. For a grinder it's not the same. Also finely chop the onion (also cut into on the grinder!). I tried in different ways. And Ter, and twist... it tastes best when sliced.
Add eggs, spices and salt and mayonnaise. Stir.
Add flour. Stir. You can add more flour - then pancakes plumper work.
The dough is ready. Better if the dough is a little stand - then the meat is marinated. This dough can stand in the refrigerator for up to three days. And the longer it stands - the more tender pancakes turn out. I usually make these blanks the day before the arrival of guests.
With a spoon spread the batter into the pan. Fry in any vegetable oil or lard.
Fry until Golden brown. The fire is not very strong need to done well. I love it when meat is a bit fatty - pancakes then a very nice oil you need quite a bit - figurepets fat from cutlets.
