Cut the plums in half and remove the bone.. the bone Is stuffed with plum and cheese. And close back.. Put it in a form in which you want to do dessert..
Whisk sour cream with sugar and vanilla.. Add to sour cream the softened gelatine and whisk again..
Pour the plum sour cream mixture and put in refrigerator for 2-3 hours...)
The variant with the cherry inside... cherries and walnuts..
