Cooking
Bake the brisket in the oven until tender, detachable fillet.
Cut onion and fry it in the butter piece.
As it all cools down, grind the onion, chicken and cheese in a meat grinder 2-3 times. Add the butter, warmed to room temperature. And mix everything thoroughly. Add salt and spices to taste. When serving, decorate with greens.
