Why for Breakfast you need to eat oatmeal, eggs or yogurt? A lazy, seductive Breakfast? Incredibly tender, juicy and hearty. A terrific start to the day or end the night. As you more like.

Ingredients

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Butter

    20 g

  • Cinnamon

    1 Tbsp

  • Carnation

    0.5 tsp

  • Star anise

    2 piece

  • Mint

    1 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    5 Tbsp

  • Ice cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Lime

    0.5 piece

  • Oat flakes

    3 Tbsp

Take one Apple. Medium size, firm and sweet. Cut into slices slightly less than a cm and cut out the core.

Set aside until the apples and take the butter. Half of the total. Melt and stir in oatmeal. Add cinnamon, cloves and star anise. Sauté and add 1 table spoon of honey
