Chicken cutlet
Very tasty, tender, a little crunchy, quick to prepare cutlets. I called them "Hedgehogs":))

Ingredients

  • Minced chicken

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Baton

    0.5 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    5 g

Berms 500 g chicken mince, salt to taste, beat 1 egg. All the ingredients are thoroughly mixed.

Of minced meat formed small patties and coat them in the loaf that is pre-cut in small cubes.

Lay the patties on the preheated pan. Fry on one side over high heat until crisp.

Turn over the cutlets, cover with a lid and turn down the gas fire (the slowest). Leave for 10-15 minutes.
