The chicken liver pate
Hi all. I offer my recipe for chicken liver pate.

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    600 g

  • Carrots

    130 g

  • Onion

    100 g

  • Salt

    7 g

  • Greens

    8 g

  • Vegetable oil

    60 ml

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Heat the pan and pour oil. Spread onions and chicken livers in different pans. To the onions add the carrots.

When the vegetables are almost ready, we add them to the fried liver. Pour a glass of hot water and simmer 30 minutes.

Add the greens, salt, pepper and cook another 2 minutes. Remove from heat and leave to cool until completely cooled. This is important!!! If we don't refrigerate cooked liver with vegetables, while the grinding paste can do with grains.

Put in a blender and add the butter. Well pushing until smooth.
