Chicken breast curry with leek and French beans
Delicious and flavorful dish for 15 min.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    1 piece

  • Leeks

    50 g

  • Green beans

    100 g

  • Curry

    0.5 tsp

  • Spices

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

Boil the rice in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the package. In a bowl, mix 2 tbsp oil, salt, pepper and curry.

Breast, cut into strips and thoroughly coat with marinade. On high heat along with the marinade and fry the chicken 4-5 min.

Cooked meat on a platter. Lower the heat to medium and residues of oil to fry a few moments leeks, sliced ( white part).

Add in a pan 2 tbsp oil and the onions to put the beans ( I have not pre-thawed). Simmer for another 5-7 minutes. To prepared vegetables put the chicken pieces, the fire to clean up to a minimum. Mix well and simmer for 2 minutes Ready to serve chicken rice
