Description
In the hectic life I want to cook fast, easy, but the dish was tasty and looked nice on the table. In this recipe I think mini croissants with salmon and cream cheese. This appetizer is one of my signature dishes that I cook often, on holiday and every day. Delicious and a glass of wine and tea or coffee. It all depends on the occasion and mood. Decorate also can be different. Sometimes on the holiday table croissants served with whipped butter cream, infused into smoked salmon, because fish can be salty, and the cream softens the taste. Today I have a quick everyday option.

Cooking
Prepare our products. In cream cheese add chopped dill and a crushed garlic clove. Mix the stuffing is ready. The dough I have purchased, defrosting not necessary, which further accelerated the process of cooking. Sliced fish, light-salted salmon (you can substitute your favorite, can, trout, salmon...). To start, try the fish, because it can be salty, then a piece of fish should be smaller, and a little cheese a little more.
From 500 g of dough I was able to cut three circles for the croissants (got 24 pieces). Divide the dough into segments. Put a piece of fish and top with a spoonful of the cheese filling. Turn croissants.
Put the croissants on a baking tray, covered with baking paper.
Grease the croissants with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame/poppy seeds.
Sent croissants to be baked in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. Watching his oven, the croissants should be Golden brown.
When the croissants are ready, take out of the oven, cooled.
Here are the mini croissants are obtained.
Very tasty. Bon appetit!!!
