Raisins (I in this time was the prunes) soak, and then cut. Dates are also cut, removing bones, if any. Walnuts chopped (to your taste: you can finely, and can be big, and you can leave the nuts whole and put inside cookies, or put on top). Generally you can use sesame, candied fruits, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, etc., etc.. Mix the oats, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder and the prepared dried fruits.
Pour the sunflower oil. Mix well. Add the flour. Last pour in the orange juice. Stir. If necessary, add flour to the dough could take with wet hands. Place the dough on a 10-15 (not more!) minutes in the refrigerator.
