Cooking
Take the egg, gently put in the freezer for a day. Possible, but not more than 3. In the process, the shells may burst, (as pictured) but the content follows!
After the designated day, pull out the frozen balls and put to thaw at room temperature for about an hour.
Gently separate the melted protein from the yolks! Protein will become liquid and the yolk will stay in this bun.
