Cookies
This cookie is a good Breakfast, because there is a lot of oatmeal. Delicious and healthy cookie, good with milk, coffee or tea.

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    100 g

  • Banana

    2 piece

  • Walnuts

    25 g

Cooking

Peel the bananas with a fork and turn into a puree.

Grind walnuts.

For cooking oatmeal cookies I took Extra oat flakes TM "Mistral".

A banana weight add Extra oat flakes TM "Mistral". All mix well.

Then, add ground walnuts. And again mix well.

Ready oatmeal for cookies.

Coat the baking pan with baking sheet, lightly grease with vegetable oil and spread a tablespoon of oatmeal cookies to no greater distance (I used a metal cutting for biscuit). I got 10 pieces of oatmeal cookies. Cookies decorated with halves of walnut and oatmeal.

Put the pan in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

These cookies are better to eat warm. Although the cold I have it too much. Bon appetit!
