Mix soy sauce, honey, paprika, herbes de Provence, salt and pepper mixture.
RUB the mix into every wing of the marinade. Put in a bowl with a lid and put into the fridge for 2-3 hours.
Peel garlic. Three cloves squeezing on the wings are marinated and stir.
Spread the wings in a pan with sunflower oil, close to each other.
Improvise press... Put wings on a plate and top with a jar of water. Turn the oven to the minimum heat and leave for 40 minutes.
Until the wings are cooked, chop finely the parsley, squeeze the garlic to it, add a pinch of salt and grind everything. Anyone have a mortar, that's good, but I just rubbed the handle of a bottle opener))). Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and mix well.
Turn wings again, put the press again and wait 40 minutes.
Remove the press, turn over again wings.
Put the pounded parsley and garlic. Distributed on all the wings. Cover the pan with a lid, turn off the oven and leave for 10-15 minutes.
