The recipe for this dessert I saw on TV. This recipe I found on the website. So post. My daughter is delighted with this dessert.

Cooking
Gelatin fill with cold water, I have instant, I left for 10 minutes.
Very well, beat the cheese, so as not to leave lumps.
In warm milk, add gelatin, sugar and cheese.
Mass divide into two parts. In one add cocoa and raisins.
The blend into molds (like Zebra cake), first spoon weight without cocoa, then spoon cocoa. Put in refrigerator until hardens.
