Mushroom soup
Share with You, dear cooks, another soup of fast preparation. If you're interested - just come on a plate of fragrant, delicious soup.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    500 g

  • Water

    2 l

  • Peas

    50 g

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Salt

    3 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Dill

    0.5 coup

  • Bay leaf

    3 piece

Cut onion finely.

Cut mushrooms into 4 pieces. Pea pour cold water for 1 hour. Then drain the water.

Potatoes cut into slices.

Carrots grate on a coarse grater.

Garlic skip through the press or RUB on a small grater.

In a pan pour water and boil it. Add the mushrooms and peas. Cook for 25 min.

To heat the oil and fry the onions (2-3 minutes).

Add in onion, carrot, salt, sugar, pepper mixture. Stir, lower the heat to low and simmer browned vegetables on the fire under the lid closed for 3-5 minutes. In the end, add the garlic, stir, and the fire is off.

In a pan (mushrooms and peas) add the potatoes after 15 minutes of cooking.

Then add zazharku. Stir the contents and cook on low heat for another 10 minutes. Then, disconnect the fire, add chopped finely dill, it needs more salt if necessary, disconnect the fire. Infuse the soup for about 10 minutes.
