The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2009 by user Roman Alekseev called "Pancakes with meat" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring". Very hearty and tasty dish! We recommend you to prepare!

Black pepper
0.5 tsp
Cooking
Potato and onion RUB on a small grater or grind in a blender. Add the egg, dried garlic, pepper, salt.
Prepare stuffing if you need it - defrost, salt and pepper.
Mushrooms finely chop.
In hot oil put a tablespoon of the potato mixture, put the top slice of minced meat and mushrooms.
Spread on top of filling, a spoon of potatoes and fry on both sides until Golden brown.
Ready pancakes spread in the form greased with sour cream, sprinkle with cheese. I added the remaining mushrooms.
Repeat layer with sour cream, sprinkle with cheese and put it into the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
