Ice cream
Very tasty homemade ice cream flavored with mint and grapes. Try it ;)

Ingredients

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Cream

    150 ml

  • Grapes

    100 g

  • Syrup invert

    50 g

  • Sugar

    25 g

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Yolk egg

    3 piece

  • Vanilla

  • Mint

To the milk add the mint leaves, bring to a boil, remove from heat and let stand. Drain.

With the help of a juicer squeeze the juice from grapes.

Got about 75 ml of juice with pulp. My juicer so gently squeezes juice that retains 85% of vitamins, minerals and trace elements!

Mix the egg yolks with the sugar and mint syrup, add vanilla,

Pour the mint hot milk, stirring constantly with a whisk. Put the mixture on heat and bring almost to a boil (or until the mass will not start up steam), remove from heat, add grape juice, stir, cool.
