Vegetable soup with beets and beans
I remember how they cooked this soup, and instructions from my mom: "the Soup is stewed fruit, only vegetables!". These words became the basis for all my experiments with the first dishes, which I cook only vegetables, without the contents.

Ingredients

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Cauliflower

  • Tomato

    0.25 piece

  • Pepper

    0.25 piece

  • Green onions

  • Greens

  • Beans

    1 can

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Seasoning

    1 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

Cooking

Until the water begins to boil (approximately 1.8 liters), wash, peel and chop the vegetables.

In boiling water drop: shredded beets (boil), carrots (again, to boil), potatoes (to boil water), divided into small florets cauliflower. Cook until the vegetables are tender, add Bay leaf, tomato, bell pepper, canned beans (with liquid), seasoning.

Cook for another few minutes. Add green onions, sunflower oil. Cover with a lid, remove from heat and allow to infuse (insanely delicious the next day). Plates already on the table, then pour and decorate with greens. Bon appetit!
