For the marinade put in a bowl the honey. If honey is thick, it can be a bit of heat..
Squeezing or grind the garlic. I like to squeeze, because it turns out more juice, respectively, garlic faster "give" their flavors.
Add the finely chopped parsley.
And pour wine. To taste add black pepper.
Plum wash, remove the bones. I was not very big, I cut them into two pieces.. larger, can be cut into 3-4 pieces.
Chicken cut into portions (not very large) pieces. Add salt to taste.
Then mix them with marinade. Leave. Here at Your discretion and the ability.. I leave for 40 minutes, but it is enough for the 20 as well as all baked with the marinade. The process of marinating, preferably several times to mix the contents of the bowl.
Spread in a form or on a baking sheet, covered with baking paper. Put in a preheated 220 degree oven and bake until tender (35 minutes).
Serve, sprinkled with parsley, with any side dish,
but tastes best with just vegetables.
