Vegetable stew
That ended our sultry Ukrainian summer. And with it the season of vegetables. Of course, zucchini, eggplant, tomatoes you can buy in the winter. But they are all imported and have something real. I have a dish for eating on a diet # 4 and # 5. ABSOLUTELY non-greasy and raw. Suitable for fasting.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

  • Carrots

  • Pepper

  • Onion

  • Tomato

  • Seasoning

  • Salt

  • Flour

  • Sugar

Now add up all the layers: carrot, pepper, onion. Zucchini and eggplant envelops in flour. It turns out two layers. I do in a pan with non-stick coating. Tomatoes grind in a blender or grinder. It turns out the glass can be replaced with tomato juice. Sprinkle with salt, season with your favorite seasoning. Put sugar to taste and pour 3/4 Cup of water. This dish has been known to all, but the vegetables are fried separately and then placed in a saucepan. I have the same dish skim. Believe me, it's not worse. But if you want, it is possible to add 3-4 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Cook for 40 minutes until tender.
