Light summer vegetable dish, perfect for those who saves the figure. Incredibly delicious tender vegetables! I can "Lecho" is probably not the correct name of this dish. This recipe I got from my dad, and he only calls)))

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    400 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

All the vegetables are well washed. Cabbage finely chop. Put in a saucepan. Ideal cast-iron pan, but if not, then normal.

Carrots grate on a coarse grater. Add to the cabbage.

Chop the onion and add to cabbage.

Chop the pepper and tomato and add to the other vegetables. When all the vegetables were in the pot, salt, add a little water (just a little, as the vegetables will give the juice), vegetable oil(about 2 tablespoons). Mix everything. Put on medium heat and simmer.

Just about all stew for about 45 minutes. From time to time stir. In the process the juice is almost all needs to evaporate. When the vegetables are ready, beat in a saucepan the eggs, just mix everything thoroughly. Still keep on heat for a few minutes and switch off.
