  • Sour cream

1.Eggplant wash, trim the tails, cut into cubes. 2.Soak in pot of water for 15 minutes, sprinkle with salt. 3.Rinse and place into the pan. 4.Fry until soft, after adding the sesame seeds. 5.Pour sour cream and stew for 5 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
