Dessert "rocky road" is very popular in America, but its roots, as it turned out, drawn from Australia. This dessert is a frozen mass of chocolate, candied fruit, fresh fruit or berries, nuts, biscuits and marshmallows. Combinations of additives a huge lot! I suggest to try a variation of this dessert - with fresh strawberries, candied fruits and almond flakes!

Chocolate spread in a bowl. Put in a water bath and, stirring constantly, to melt. The main thing - not to overheat the chocolate so it does not exfoliate as soon as the last piece melt - immediately remove from heat.
Add to the chocolate butter and cream - all at room temperature. Stir the oil to melted chocolate. Then chocolate blend it until a smooth, homogeneous structure.
Add the candied fruit and the chopped strawberries. Stir.
Next you need to spread out the chocolate mass forms, who better to prepare in advance. If there is a special form for such desserts - then just super! A plate or a cutting Board covered with parchment (so you can put it in the fridge) put the form, put it in the chocolate mass, level the surface and decorate with almond flakes and strawberries, and put into the fridge until fully cured. I have a situation with more complicated forms of two I made out of the plastic boxes from processed cheese))) removed the bottom, was covered with cling film, and the third is a ring cut from a plastic bottle))). Also put form on the Board, fill them with the chocolate mass and sent it to thicken. Frozen dessert carefully remove from the mold, and you can try!
