The unusual combination of fried fish and sweet orange sauce... the Recipe was posted on the site in 2010 year by user Swifty called "Saki orangeani (Salmon in orange sauce)" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Cooking
The recipe is quite exquisite, but at the same time very simple to prepare. For sauce: boil orange juice. Then add the butter, sugar and boil until thick. It will take quite a bit of time, about five minutes.
Cut into portions of salmon salt and pepper, roll in flour and slightly beaten egg.
Fry in vegetable oil on both sides until cooked.
Ready fish to lay out on a plate and generously pour orange sauce. Bon appetit!
