Turkey with mint and lime
Amazingly tender, flavorful, juicy Turkey. Unique taste that will not leave anyone indifferent. This recipe can be prepared and chicken.

Ingredients

  • Turkey

    2 piece

  • Lime

    1 piece

  • Honey

    3 Tbsp

  • Mint

    2 Tbsp

  • Dry white wine

    3 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Spices

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

Cooking

Squeeze the lime juice.

Add honey, soy sauce, wine, salt, pepper, spices.

Add the minced mint.

Drumstick the Turkey to lay down in a deep form and pour the marinade (make sure that the form was non-metallic). Put in the fridge for an hour minimum, I was almost a day.

Take out of the refrigerator, put in a heatproof dish, cover with a lid (and can not cover) and send in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30-40 minutes, periodically pouring juice formed.

Meanwhile, prepare the sauce (the ingredients I pointed out a part) - mix a half Cup of yogurt, 2 tsp minced lime zest and 1-2 tablespoons of chopped green mint. Looking ahead to say that the sauce is optional, since the meat is so incredibly juicy)

Take out from the oven, spread on plates, pour the separated juice to the marinade and served to the table. Bon appetit!
