Cooking
Onion cut into small cubes, fry until Golden brown. When you add in the scrambled eggs a small amount of fried onions it takes on a subtle sweet taste. I have a Luke too much, but to me this taste like :)
With grilled onions add shrimp, a little fried, just a couple of minutes.
In a bowl, whisk eggs, add cream, flour, salt, pepper, spices.
Pour the mixture into the pan with onions and shrimp.
Sprinkle with finely chopped greens.
Cover, and cook over low heat 10-15 minutes. Bon appetite!:)
