Cooking
The meat is cut into pieces. Add salt, spices for kebabs to your taste.
One onion, cut into small pieces, add to meat and mix well squeezing to bow let the juice.
Separate marinade for the rest of the onion. To do this, cut it into rings. Mix vinegar, water and sugar (I add no more than 1 teaspoon, otherwise it is too sweet) and pour the onion. Stir. Both containers covered with foil or lid and leave for 2 hours.
Put in the sleeve for baking onions, then meat, top, also a little onion. Tie sleeve, make a few holes with a needle and bake it in the oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Cook at 200C.
