Cooking
First, prepare the filling. It can be varied to your taste and color)) In this case, boil the potatoes and make it a thick puree. Shinkuem cabbage, add salt and fry in sunflower oil until tender. Prepare all the ingredients for the dough. Proseem the flour through a sieve into a deep bowl. To the flour add all the dry ingredients and mix well.
In the center of the bowl, make deep and wide funnel.

The dough should be soft and elastic. In no case should not stick to hands. Leave the dough to rest for 15-20min.
